Ayaday Premium is billed by Apple. Apple cancels and refunds App Store subscriptions; we cannot see, cancel or refund an App Store charge.

Restore a subscription

  1. Open Ayaday and go to Settings.
  2. Tap Restore purchases while signed in with the Apple ID you subscribed with.

Cancel or change a subscription

  1. In Ayaday, open Settings and tap Manage subscription. Or open the iPhone Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
  2. Tap Ayaday in the list.
  3. Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm. If there is no Cancel button, it is already cancelled.

Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. Cancelling during the free trial is free and stops the first charge. After you cancel, Premium stays available until the end of the period you paid for. Emailing us "cancel" does not cancel a subscription. Apple's guide to cancelling.

Refunds

Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, choose Ayaday, and submit the request to Apple. Apple decides. Your consumer-protection rights where you live still apply.

Reminders not arriving

Check that notifications are allowed for Ayaday in your device Settings, then choose a reminder time again in the app.
